We recently had our old roof replaced by Innovative Contractor Solution and highly recommend them to anyone considering a roof replacement. Alex and his team were professional and completed the job on time. Both Alex and Jorge kept us informed throughout the process with updates and photos at each stage. They patiently answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. The cleanup was thorough—even returning the next morning to ensure nothing was missed. Jorge kept in contact with during the planning stage. Responded very quickly. I had a porch roof replaced. They did a great job and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The price was very fair and I was very happy with everything.

3 roofs done in last couple of weeks in neighborhood. Mine was the 3rd. Called left message and call was returned minutes later. Estimate the next day and roof completed a few days later. Workers were very nice and knowledgeable. Quality of work was excellent and the cleanup was fantastic. I’d recommend these guy to anyone who’s looking for a new roof.

I had a great experience with my roofing contractor yesterday. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed real professionalism throughout the entire project. The quality of their workmanship was excellent—they were thorough, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was done the right way. They also took the time to explain what they were doing using drone images and answered all my questions clearly. When the job was finished, they cleaned up the area well. Had my 18 year old roof replaced by Innovative Contractors. This was an insurance claim due to hail storm back in July. The process couldn’t have been smoother. Innovative Contracting filed the claim, met with the insurance adjuster and negotiated the claim amount. The roof looks great! Innovative used quality materials including GAF shingles with a 25 year warranty. Innovative also backs up their workmanship for 10 years. What more could you ask for? Their crew worked quickly and professionally from sunrise to sunset to ensure everything was completed up to the highest standards. I included pictures taken by Innovative which show the before, during and after. They sent a drone to the sky to document everything for not only me their customer but for the insurance company as well. They cleaned up my entire property of everything and rented a dumpster to properly dispose of everything. They also picked up whatever may’ve fell on my neighbor’s property on both sides as well. Jorge and Alex were great ambassadors for Innovative and managed/supervised the job from beginning to end. I felt very comfortable knowing the job was in their hands. I highly recommend Innovative Contractors as do my neighbors as they have completed multiple roof projects in my development (Summerhill Estates) in NE Philly.
